My Intention For This Recipe

Setting an intention for my meals, and what I want to benefit from them, has allowed me to get more nutrition into my diet.

Even though I love vegetables, every now and then I want to have a fruit party so I can eat all the banana ice cream I want(also called “nice cream”).

1. Spirulina

2. PB2 Powder

Blue Moon Banana Nice Cream

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Blue Spirulina
  • PB2 Powder Optional but adds great flavor

Instructions
 

  • Let your frozen bananas thaw for about 30 minutes before you blend with the blue spirulina until smooth. Add dairy free milk or water to help with blending as needed.
  • Scoop your "nice cream" into a bowl and enjoy!
