Ingredients
  

  • 3 Mangos
  • 1 Tbsp Sea Moss
  • Juice From One Lime (Optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Turmeric
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Slice your perfectly ripe mango, peel, then place the meat in your blender.
  • Scoop a Tbsp of your sea moss into the blender on top of the mango, along with turmeric and lime for extra tanginess.
  • Blend until smooth with water and enjoy!
