Chickpea Cauliflower Pizza Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • Apple Cider VInegar
  • Basil
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Cups Steamed/Roasted Cauliflower Rice
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Dates
  • Pink Salt
  • Kale
  • Chickpeas
  • Tahini

Instructions
 

  • Add cauliflower florets, kale, and soaked chickpeas to an instant steaming pot. Cook for 26 minutes.
  • Into a high speed blender, add the rest of your ingredients and blend(I like to pulse a few times to maintain chunky texture).
  • Pour pizza sauce onto your cauliflower veggie mix and enjoy! You can also add some vegan pepproni and cheese to really spice things up! *OMG I'm salivating*
