Chickpea Cauliflower Pizza Bowl
A flavorful recipe full of protein and alkaline herbs!
High Speed Blender
Medium Bowl
- 3-4 Vine Ripened Tomatoes
- Apple Cider VInegar
- Basil
- Sun Dried Tomatoes
- Smoked Paprika
- 2 Cups Steamed/Roasted Cauliflower Rice
- Nutritional Yeast
- Dates
- Pink Salt
- Kale
- Chickpeas
- Tahini
Add cauliflower florets, kale, and soaked chickpeas to an instant steaming pot. Cook for 26 minutes.
Into a high speed blender, add the rest of your ingredients and blend(I like to pulse a few times to maintain chunky texture).
Pour pizza sauce onto your cauliflower veggie mix and enjoy! You can also add some vegan pepproni and cheese to really spice things up! *OMG I'm salivating*
