Bake sweet potatoes in oven at 350 degrees for at least an hour(until tender).
While sweet poatoes are cooking, place 2 cups of cooked garbanzo beans into a bowl. Mix with oil, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet for 30 minutes(until crispy, but not hard)
Once food is done cooking, mix roasted chickpeas in with the sweet potatoes, lime juice, tahini, avocado, and any other ingredients.
