Tofu Vegetable Medley

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Block Tofu chopped into cubes.
  • 1 Bell Pepper Sliced.
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Chopped.
  • 11/2 Cup Garbanzo Bean Flour(all purpose works too)
  • CInnamon optional
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder optional
  • Pink Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Tahini Sauce
  • Coconut Aminos (Soy Sauce)

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to a low-simmering sauce pan.
  • Coat your tofu in a large bowl with oil, flour. and seasonings. Shake well and flip tofu simultaneously.
  • Add tofu to sauce pan and cook until gold brown. Once cooked, set aside in a bowl.
  • Into a wok skillet, add your vegetables(with tofu towards end of cook time). This is where you can drizzle soy sauce over the ingredients.
  • Once food has cooked, place into a bowl and add-on tahini, avocado, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
