Add oil to a low-simmering sauce pan.
Coat your tofu in a large bowl with oil, flour. and seasonings. Shake well and flip tofu simultaneously.
Add tofu to sauce pan and cook until gold brown. Once cooked, set aside in a bowl.
Into a wok skillet, add your vegetables(with tofu towards end of cook time). This is where you can drizzle soy sauce over the ingredients.
Once food has cooked, place into a bowl and add-on tahini, avocado, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
