- 4 tbsp Vegan Honey Mustard Sauce
- 1-2 Cups Organic Spinach
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion
- 1 Cup Mushrooms
- Pink Salt Truffle salt is even better.
- Black Pepper
- 1 Pack Gluten-Free Protein Pasta
- 5 Vegan Meatballs (Optional)
Rinse, strain, and boil your pasta al dente style.
Add your vegan honey mustard sauce, seasonings, and prepare veggies for sauteeing.
Chop onions, spinach, mushrooms, and add to a lightly greased wok skillet. Saute until tender.
Add your veggies to the pasta and mix well.
