- Peel and place your bananas into your ziplock freezer bag.
- Store bananas in freezer and let chill for at least an hour(until well solid).
- After the bananas are frozen enough for your desired ice cream texture, take them out of the freezer and place into a high speed blender.
- Add the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and enjoy! You can sprnkle berries, nuts, cacao nibs/chocolate chips, and even coconut flakes onto this recipe!
